To foster a strong, supportive community, BPN offers two distinct virtual support groups, accessible to all BPN members via Zoom conference call. BPN Wellness Support Group:
The virtual BPN Wellness Support Group is designed specifically for our community. This vital initiative will focus on maintaining positive mental health, sharing effective coping strategies, and providing tips to help avoid depression and anxiety. It will also equip you with the tools to recognize symptoms associated with the unique challenges blind and visually impaired individuals face related to employment or unemployment.
Why This Group Matters

This group is different from our BPN Connect monthly Peer Support Group as it will be facilitated by a Licensed Professional Counselor and/or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate , ensuring professional guidance and expert insights.
